- Second Chance is applied as a light topical mist during active concrete finishing- It is used when surface finishability begins to decline and the finishing window appears to be closing- The product works at the surface level, not within the bulk concrete- Second Chance temporarily re-emulsifies surface cement paste, allowing cement particles to re-engage with sand and aggregate- This action brings cream back to the surface, improving finishability and workability- By restoring the surface paste, crews can continue finishing without adding water, grinding, or re-working the slabThe result is a dense, specification-compliant surface finish achieved at the moment it would otherwise be lost
